How tailoring works

  1. We read the listing: its keywords, focus areas and what the interview probes.
  2. We match each requirement to the roles, bullets and skills on your CV.
  3. Your summary and bullets are rewritten around what you can show, in the listing's words, with your numbers kept.
  4. Anything your CV does not show is listed for you, never added. A check rejects any new number, employer, title, date or skill.
