We are not a recruiter or employment agency. We do not offer jobs, submit applications or charge for job placement. Buying credits pays only for practice interviews.

We use these names only to identify the platforms and public job listings that our practice material relates to. This does not suggest any partnership with, or endorsement by, those companies.

Job listings and summaries

We show public facts about roles listed on work.mercor.com and jobs.micro1.ai, such as the role title, pay and requirements, and we link to the original posting.

The summary of each role is written by us, with the help of AI, from the public listing. It is not written or approved by the platform or the hiring company.

Summaries and listing details may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. A role may have changed, closed or been filled. Always read the original posting, and rely on it rather than our summary, before you apply.

Interview questions and formats

Our interview questions are our own. They are not the real interview questions of Mercor, micro1 or any other platform, and we do not claim to have access to those questions.

Our interview formats are modelled on formats that have been publicly reported. Real interviews differ in their questions, structure, timing, scoring and difficulty, and platforms can change their process at any time.

AI-generated scores and feedback

The scores and feedback you receive on your interviews and resume are generated by AI. They are practice feedback, meant to help you reflect and improve.

AI can make mistakes. It can misunderstand an answer, be thrown off by transcription errors, score inconsistently, or give advice that does not suit your situation. Please use your own judgement.

Scores are not a prediction of hiring outcomes. A high score does not mean you will be hired, and a low score does not mean you will be rejected. Our scores are not the scores any platform would give you.

Resume feedback

Resume feedback is AI-generated and general. It is not a professional resume review.

Keep everything on your resume true and accurate. Do not add skills or experience you do not have because of our feedback.

Practice only

The service is for practice before a real interview.

Do not use it, or anything it produces, during a live interview, assessment or test on any hiring platform. Doing so may break that platform's rules and may lead to your removal from the platform.

You are responsible for following the rules of every platform you apply to.
