Refund Policy
Last updated 29 September 2026
A failure on our side should never cost you an interview. If our service breaks, we help you resume, and if that is not possible your credit comes back. Unused packs are refundable within 14 days, and your consumer rights always apply on top of this policy.

How credits work
You buy interview credits in prepaid packs. One credit pays for one practice interview, including its exercise and its report.
When you hold credits from more than one pack, we use the oldest first.
Credits:
- have no cash value, and turn back into money only through a refund under this policy or where the law requires it;
- belong to your account and cannot be sold, transferred or given to anyone else;
- do not expire while the service is running, and never renew or charge you again on their own.
Current prices
Prices are in US dollars and may change. A price change never affects credits you already hold.
Any tax we must charge is shown at checkout. Your bank may add its own currency fees.
Current packs:
- 1 interview credit for $2.
- 5 interview credits for $8.
- 10 interview credits for $15.
When a credit is used
Building an interview, reading its rules and running the microphone check are free.
A credit is used when the interview starts, which in the call room is the moment the interviewer asks its first question.
If your microphone check fails before the call, the interview does not start and no credit is used.
Refunds for unused packs
You can have a pack refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it and none of its credits has been used.
A credit that was used and then returned under this policy counts as unused.
After 14 days, or once a credit from the pack has been used and not returned, the pack is no longer refundable under this section. Its remaining credits stay yours to use.
Your right to withdraw, and what you agree at checkout
In some places, including the UK and the European Union, consumers usually have 14 days to cancel an online purchase.
Interviews are digital services we supply straight away. At checkout we ask you to agree that we supply an interview as soon as it starts, and to confirm you understand that you lose the right to withdraw from that interview once it starts. We keep a record of that agreement.
This affects only credits you have used. Unused packs stay refundable within 14 days, and your rights if the service is faulty are not affected. [verify: checkout wording against the EU and UK digital content rules]
Technical failures
If a fault on our side interrupts an interview, we first try to let you carry on from the question you were on. Your answers so far are kept.
If you cannot resume, your credit comes back. We return it automatically where our logs show the fault; otherwise write to us and we check the logs and return it.
A technical failure means something that went wrong on our side, such as:
- our servers, or a provider we use for the call, speech or grading, stopped working;
- the interviewer stopped responding, repeated itself in a loop or could not continue;
- the call could not connect or reconnect because of our service, not your connection;
- your report was never produced, or a fault garbled your answers badly enough that the feedback is meaningless.
What is not a technical failure
Some problems are outside our control. We cannot return a credit for them, though we will always help you get set up for next time.
These include:
- your own internet connection, device, browser or microphone settings;
- background noise, or another app using your microphone;
- leaving an interview on purpose once half or more of the main questions are behind you;
- disagreeing with a score. Scores are AI practice feedback; if you think a fault caused one, tell us and we will check.
When the interviewer cannot hear you
If the interviewer hears nothing, it prompts you up to three times, checks your microphone, then waits 30 more seconds. Any sound from you restarts the count.
If there is still silence, the call ends. What happens next depends on how far you got:
- Before halfway through the main questions: the interview closes and your credit comes back.
- From halfway on: no credit is returned, but the interview stays open. Rejoin when your microphone works and you carry on from the same question.
- Limit: at most 2 silence refunds in any 30 days. After that, a silent call before halfway is paused instead of refunded, and you can rejoin it the same way.
Cancelling at the start
Changed your mind? Cancel within 10 minutes of the interview starting, before you have answered any question, and your credit comes back.
After 10 minutes, or once you have answered, you can finish early instead. Your report covers what you answered.
Interviews left unfinished
An interview stays open for 24 hours after it starts. If it runs out with no answers given, the credit comes back automatically.
If some answers were given, we grade those and send your report. The credit counts as used.
Limits on automatic returns
Cancellations and unfinished interviews are returned automatically only while you have had fewer than 2 automatic returns of any kind in the past 30 days. Silence refunds have their own limit, set out above.
The limits exist to stop misuse. They never apply to failures on our side: if one happens after you reach a limit, write to us and we will put it right.
The limits never reduce your rights under consumer law.
Unused credits
Unused credits never expire while the service runs. If you delete your account, unused credits are lost, so ask for any refund you are owed first.
If we close your account through no fault of yours, or close the service, we refund your unused paid credits. Free credits have no cash value.
We refund each credit at the price per credit of the pack it came from. For example, a credit from a 10-credit pack bought for $15 is refunded at $1.50.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@trainingturk.com from the address you sign in with. Tell us the date of purchase, the pack, and for a failure, roughly when it happened.
For crypto payments, also send the transaction ID and a wallet address on the same coin and network.
We aim to reply within 5 working days. When we approve a refund, we remove the refunded credits from your account.
Card refunds
Card payments are refunded to the same card through our payment processor, Stripe. We cannot send a card refund anywhere else.
Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.
Crypto refunds
Crypto refunds are sent by hand, in the coin you paid with, to the wallet address you give us.
We refund the US dollar value of the pack, converted on the day we send it, less the network fee. Because crypto prices move, you may receive more or less coin than you sent.
We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or network that you gave us. If you prefer, we can return credits to your account instead, with no network fee.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank. A refund from us is usually faster than a chargeback.
Nothing here limits your rights with your card issuer or under consumer law.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute:
- we suspend your account while the dispute is open;
- we remove unused credits that came from the disputed payment;
- if the dispute ends in our favour, we lift the suspension and return those credits;
- if we reasonably believe the dispute was not made in good faith, for example after you used the credits, we may close your account.
Your statutory rights
This policy adds to your legal rights; it does not replace them. Where the two conflict, your statutory rights win.
These include rights under:
- the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services are supplied with due care and skill and are fit for purpose;
- the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund for faulty digital content or services;
- consumer law in the European Union, including remedies when a digital service does not match what was agreed;
- India's Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will tell you by email or a notice on the site.
A change never applies to purchases made before it takes effect, unless it is in your favour.
