How the tailoring works
- We read the listing: its keywords, focus areas, who they want and what the interview probes. Things it repeats weigh more.
- Each requirement is matched to the roles, bullets and skills on your CV that show it.
- Your summary is rewritten around the requirements you can show, matching bullets lead, and they use the listing's words with your numbers kept.
- Requirements your CV does not show are listed for you, never added. A check rejects any number, employer, title, date or skill that is not on your CV.
- The result is laid out in the Mercor or micro1 format, ready as PDF or Word.
