What the interview asks about
1.biotechnology expert expertise
AI training needs experts making reliable judgments requiring domain knowledge.
For example: “Describe recent professional situation where biotechnology expert expertise proved critical to decision making.”
2.Judgment under uncertainty
Real problems lack perfect information; systems learn how experts reason and decide.
For example: “Describe a situation where incomplete information required you to reach conclusions anyway.”
3.Communicating complexity
Training systems requires experts explaining nuanced ideas clearly without oversimplifying.
For example: “Take complex biotechnology expert concept and explain as you would to someone learning it for first time.”
4.Theory versus practice
AI learns to apply knowledge realistically when experts explain real-world constraints.
For example: “Explain how theoretical best practices in your biotechnology expert field differ from what actually works.”
